Refund Policy
Here at Flyon Clothing we stand behind the quality of all our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer refunds or exchanges within 7 days of purchase.
Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition with all tags attached.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method. The refund will not include any original shipping charges.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery for the same item in a different size or color.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and any additional costs due to differences in item price.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we will ship your exchange at no additional cost. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred due to an upgrade in item price.
Restrictions:
- Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
- Only items in their original condition with all tags attached can be returned or exchanged.
